General Description
The ground floor is open plan with a large air conditioned lounge, dining room seating 8 and fitted kitchen. Lounge has satellite t.v. and DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven & grill, plus microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.
A twin bedroom and a shower/utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board are accessed from the entrance hall.
A wide, curving staircase leads to the first floor. The master bedroom has an en suite shower and toilet, a Queen sized bed and a single daybed.
A second twin bedroom with balcony and a guest shower room are accessed from the light and airy balconied landing.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are air conditioned.
A gated entrance leads to a parking area on the right hand side of the villa suitable for three cars. Sliding doors lead from the lounge and dining room to a large patio area and pool. The patio is furnished with a table, chairs and loungers and a brick built barbecue.
There is also a terrace across the front of the villa.
Please do not smoke in the villa, but you are welcome to smoke outside using the ashtrays provided.
Changeover day - flexible by negotiation.

This spacious villa is light and airy with a double height ceiling over the lounge which has enabled an unusual internal galleried balcony to be included in the design.
There are gorgeous views from inside the villa due to its height and the abundance of windows. The patio is exceptionally large at approx 30m2 which allows for plenty of space to lounge in the sun. There is a 100 year old olive tree to the side of the patio if you want to sit in the shade and gaze at the sea, or in the opposite direction you can view the village nestled at the foot of the magnificent mountain range.
The price includes the services of our local agent, Barbara, who will arrange airport transfers, car hire if required, ensure that you have settled into the villa and be on 24 hour call during your stay to help out with any queries. Price includes weekly change of towels and bed linen plus bathrooms cleaned. Pool cleaning is also included.

Swimming pool - Lovely private pool set in midst of very large patio. Access into the 8x4 metre swimming pool is via steps at the 1.1m shallow end and a ladder at the 1.7m deep end.
Local facilities
Just 3 minutes walk away is the magnificent Vaha Spa (www.vaha-spa.com) where you can pamper yourself with spa baths and luxurious treatments and have a truly special meal in the restaurant.
It is only a few minutes walk down the lane between the olive groves to the main road to Lapta and Kyrenia along which there are frequent buses and dolmuş. There are quiet beaches just a few minutes drive away. Also the fabulous managed beaches such as Sunset, Camelot and Escape with their many facilities such as water sports, boat rides, diving etc are only 10 minutes drive away.
A short walk uphill takes you to the village shop/café which sells freshly baked bread and all other groceries. You can also catch the dolmuş from here or just pop in for a meal.
There are many local attractions - St. Hilarion castle on the mountain top; Bellapais Abbey; Kyrenia Castle in the harbour with a shipwreck dating from 300 BC; Merchants Inn at Nicosia; Roman ruins at Solis; colourful local markets and further afield Othello Towers at Famagusta.
